Your tasks:
- Independent assembly of complete automation systems
- Electrical installation work on existing systems and switch cabinet systems at our customers’ premises
- Basic electrical commissioning of control and operating systems
- Installation and assembly of control cabinets according to circuit diagram specifications
- Independent performance of maintenance and service work on site at our customers’ premises
- Support for our planning team in the project planning of automation solutions
Your qualification:
- Completed training as a mechatronics engineer, electrician, electronics technician or a comparable qualification
- Interest in modern automation technology
- Knowledge of plant assembly and maintenance/servicing, including in the mechanical field
- Experience in connecting and commissioning sensors, actuators and motors
- Team spirit, initiative and good communication skills
- Class B driving licence and willingness to travel within Germany
- Good to very good German language skills due to internal and external coordination

Rortek GmbH, a company specialising in the installation and maintenance of ultra-pure media systems, is currently seeking an electronics technician/electrician for the maintenance and installation of gas detection systems in Berlin and Brandenburg.
Your tasks:
- Installation of high-purity media supply systems for our customers from institutes, laboratories, the pharmaceutical, semiconductor and photovoltaic industries, and microelectronics
- Preparation and bending of stainless steel and copper pipes, fastening of support structures and support materials in black, grey and ultra-clean areas
- Cutting pipes to size and assembling and adjusting fittings and connectors to the corresponding pipes
- Preparing pipe pools and fittings for welding
- Reading pipe isometrics and flow diagrams. Calculating pipe lengths for the ordering process.
- Independent creation of isometrics as construction documentation
- Working in pipeline construction in the main dimensions of pipe thicknesses from 6.0-30 mm
What we are looking for:
- Completed training as a plant or industrial mechanic, gas and water installer or comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in plant construction/pipeline construction desirable, knowledge in the field of high-purity media an advantage.
- Experience in orbital, manual and butt welding processes, ideally with welder’s examination certificate
- Class B driving licence essential
- Confident use of PCs and tablets
