Our history
TLM Group was formed in 2024 as a merger of established companies in the industrial services sector. Our companies are united by a focus on and passion for technology, as well as the fact that they were all founded in the 1990s and have been successful as individual enterprises since then.
The simple goal of TLM Group is: Together we are stronger. Each of our companies will maintain its independence today and in the future, but as a group, we have established common processes to create tangible added value for our customers and employees.
Our corporate network allows us not only to create new jobs and expand our range of services, but also to offer our employees more opportunities for advancement and development. Within the corporate network, there are exciting fields of work, different perspectives, and, above all, the opportunity to work in a broadly based and strong team.
For customers, the range of services is expanded, characterized by even higher quality and speed. At the same time, it leads to more efficient processes, ensuring improved quality and faster workflows.
The company behind the TLM Group is Companion, which has been pursuing the goal of building a long-term oriented and reliable partner for the industry since 2022. Companion is proud to have successfully taken the first step and aims to expand the group in the future through new employees and further partnerships.
